Stephanie is a Human Resources and Management professional with over 25 years of experience in the retail sales, hospitality, and vendor sales industries. Responsibilities include development and implementation of recruitment campaigns, new hire training and education programs, sales management, and benefits administration. Building strong professional relationships with colleagues and coworkers, problem solving, and being solution- focused are among her top skills and qualifications.

Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC where she minored in Communications as well.  She earned her MBA in Human Resources Management with Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, Florida focusing on Organizational Development and Employee Relations.

Stephanie is the Human Resources Generalist for Responder Support Services, providing employees with the administration and operational functions of the HR department which includes recruiting, hiring, training & development, benefits administration, and implementing company policies and procedures.
