Will (William) Lively holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's in Public Service from the University of Colorado Denver. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), Will focuses on utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is open to exploring various methods to best support each client. He specializes in treating PTSD, tailoring his approach to meet the individual needs of his clients.

Will's connection to the first responder community began in his teenage years when he joined an emergency medical explorer group, sparking a deep-rooted passion for the first responder field. This early commitment was reinforced when he earned his EMT certification in high school. After graduation, Will joined the Army, serving as a Combat Medic for 6 years, and deployed to Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne Division. Following deployment, Will attended and graduated from the Army's rigorous Special Operations Medical Course, allowing him to become a Nationally Registered Paramedic. This experience significantly enhanced his understanding of and appreciation for the challenges first responders face. Following his military service, Will taught Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) to law enforcement officers, EMTs, and firefighters.

Currently, Will serves as an Embedded Clinician with the Cabarrus County Sheriff's Department and Cabarrus County EMS.

Outside of work, Will enjoys unwinding by watching movies, learning how to bake, and spending time outdoors with his family and two dogs. He is also pursuing a Master's in Criminal Justice.
