Stephanie is an HR professional with over 26 years of experience as a Business Leader, HR Generalist and Executive Sales Manager in the retail management and mental health industries. Her responsibilities with Responder Support include full cycle recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition. She specializes in building strong, professional relationships with colleagues in the organization and sourcing fully credentialed, qualified candidates for our Embedded Behavioral Health Clinician positions.

Stephanie received her Master of Business Administration-concentration in Human Resources Management (MBA-HRM) from Saint Leo University, in Saint Leo, Florida. She attended Western Carolina University, in Cullowhee, NC, for her undergraduate studies, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English-Writing & Editing (BA).

She previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Senior Recruiter for Responder Support Services (2020-2022), then returned Spring 2023 as a Clinical Recruiter. Stephanie’s passion to assist First Responders shines through her recruiting technique and she is honored to be a part of the RSS team.
