Marina Schwartz

Clinician

Marina graduated from Capella University in 2023 with MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She gained experience from an internship at the private behavioral practice where she worked with mandated clients who needed help with anxiety, depression, anger, and substance abuse. Being a first responder herself, Marina believes that they all go through some rough times in their lives. With nine years of experience as a paramedic, she has seen people impacted by various mental health issues. Marina wants first responders to find a safe space where they can feel safe to talk about their feelings, concerns, needs, and goals.

She is excited to work with first responders and explore various methods of treatment to support them throughout their journey to overcome challenges, meet their needs, and improve their well being. In her free time, Marina values her family and loves spending time with them. Marina believes that a home and work balance is very important in every person’s life, regardless of their occupation.
